By The Time the Son Realized His Father was Right, He was saying the same things to his son

Mere Papa Duniya ke SAABSE BADE ENGINEER HAI “ , (My Father is World’s Greatest Engineer) , this was we (me and my elder sister), used to say when we were young. My dad used to repair Radios, Two In Ones etc, and used to Heat Water only by a pair of wires & two pieces of metal, which all though not something great or exceptional for an electrical engineer, but for Us Kids, It used to be amazing.

He is now retired but still working as a consultant, working from home and I feel can never still idle, even at a tender age of 60, he is still doing something in and around the house. When we were young, I was quite fascinated by his tools, soldering iron, Integrated circuits and the engineering books he used to subscribe.. All though I never became an engineer myself, I am still quite fascinated by electronics and electrical stuff, may be because I share the same gene with him.

Now when I am a Father of two wonderful kids my self, and when my Son comes up to me and says, “PAPA App to HE MAN Ho” (Papa you are He Man – Very Strong Man, Those who are my age would remember this cartoon character) , I realized PAPA’s around the world are born to be Hero for their Kids, Esp Sons. Now that I am 35 years old my Father is Still My Hero and still for me, “Duniya ke SAABSE BADE ENGINEER”

Love you Dad,
